The PPC16 CNC spoilboard surfacing router bit is designed for levelling and resurfacing MDF spoilboards on CNC routers and machining centres. It can also be used for surface planing, rabbeting and machining large flat areas on solid wood and wood-based panels.
The replaceable tungsten carbide inserts provide a clean, even finish and allow worn cutting edges to be renewed without replacing the complete tool. Its wide cutting diameter helps reduce machining time and produces a consistently level surface across the CNC working table.
